Act and of the present Minister of Health has been to treat as many Patients as possible in the community for the sake of their own health. The economics of the nation are likely to benefit too, for although this Procedure entails having a number of extra people in the community, skilled to deal with those in their midst, and extra teaching for those who are already coping with this problem, the cost of providing both is generally considered to be far less than the cost of keeping patients uselessly in hospital.
