S ummary Eosinophilic cellulitis in a 56 year old woman is described. The patient responded well to oral prednisolone, but attempts to withdraw the corticosteroid resulted in relapses. Remission was achieved with a combination of dapsone, antihistamine and alternate‐day prednisolone.
