S ummary Photosensitivity from drugs does not always present in a classical fashion involving all areas of exposure. The area of involved skin may be limited and cause confusion in diagnosis. Drug photosensitivity causes both transient and persistent light reactions. The cases described in this paper illustrate in a clinical fashion, the manner in which the diagnosis of drug eruptions can be complicated in our daily clinical work.
