S ummary The case is presented of a thirty‐three‐year‐old Cypriot woman who suffered cyclic premenstrual uraticaria for twelve years. Intradermal progesterone testing gave a positive result lasting 48 hours and induced an urticarial eruption lasting 34 hours. It is considered that this is convincing evidence of the diagnosis of autoimmune progesterone dermatitis. This is the first case of this condition reported in this country.
