S ummary A case report of solitary lymphocytoma cutis of the nose and its treatment in a 35‐year‐old woman is presented. Biopsy is necessary in establishing a definitive diagnosis as lymphocytoma cutis is commonly confused with other cutaneous lesions. A possible pathogenesis is discussed.
