S ummary A patient who suffered from generalized pustular psoriasis with arthritis and subsequently developed restrictive pericardial disease is presented. This report illustrates the difficulties that can be encountered in the management of pustular psoriasis and documents for the first time the possible complication of psoriatic pericarditis.
