S ummary Blood glucose and serum insulin were measured duying an oral glucose tolerance lest in 26 unselected patients with granuloma annulare. One patient was found to have matuvity onset diabetes mellitus and a second had marginally abnormal glucose tolerance. The remaining 24 patients all had entirely normal glucose tolerance and insulin response. These result give no support to the claim that granuloma annulare is associated with diabetes mellitus.
