SUMMARY By the use of the Crosby‐Kugler capsule jejunal mucosal biopsies have been obtained from patients with various skin disorders and non‐diarrhoeal gastrointestinal diseases. A preliminary report is presented regarding the correlation between stereomicroscopic and light microscopic findings.
