S ummary Kaposi's Varicelliform Eruption is described and discussed. An account is given of a proven herpes simplex infection occuring in a 57 years old woman on areas which had been affected by a dermatitis four years previously but not since. No other case of this type has been found in the literature. Comment is made on factors which could have had a bearing on this unusual infection.
