Inhalt: Im Gegensatz zu der von Ericsson et al. (1973) veröffentlichten Methode konnte keine Anreicherung der Y‐Spermien vom Menschen oder vom Kaninchen in unterliegenden Schichten von 6 % and 15 % Rinderserum‐Albumin (BSA) erzielt werden. Auch durch Besamungen von Kaninchen mit Spermien aus der 15 % BSA‐Lösung wurde das Geschlechtsverhältnis nicht zugunsten ♂ Nachkommen verändert.Contents: Experiments about the separation of X‐ and Y‐spermatozoa based on different velocity of migration. Contrary to the method of Ericsson et al. (1973) neither human nor rabbit Y‐spermatozoa migrated in larger numbers into underlying layers of 6 % and 15 % solutions of bovine serum albumin (BSA). By inseminations of rabbit does with seperated spermatozoa out of the 15 % BSA the sex‐ratio of the progeny could not be changed in favour of males.
