Gynäkomastie bei einem Ziegenbock

Inhalt: Bei einem Fertilen Ziegenbock der Rasse Deutsche bunte Edelziege mit ausgeprägtem männlichen Habitus aber mit funktionell aktiver Gynäkomastie wurde in den untersuchten Geweben (Blut, Haut) ein chromosomales Mosaik der Konstitution 60, XY / 60, X del (Y) / 59, X mit teilweise hochgradigen Deletionen des Y‐Chromosoms nachgewiesen.Unter der Voraussetzung, daβ dieser bisher beschriebene einzige Fall eines XO/XYMosaiks bei der Ziege noch keine definitive Konstituierung von ätiologischen Gesetzmäβigkeiten gestattet and nach vergleichender Würdigung der Symptomatologie des menschlichen XO/XY‐Syndroms wird die pathogenetische Einheit "Hodendysplasie – Gynäkomastie" der Ziege als caprine Form des XO/XY‐Mosaiks diskutiert. Dabei würde die Gynäkomastie als ferninisierender Minimaleffekt des Mosaiks früher manifestiert als die Hodendysplasie, die mit ihren morphologischen undfunktionellen Folgen offensichtlich erst in hoherem Alter der betroffenen Tiere sichtbar wird.Contents: Gynecomastia in a male goat (capra hircus) IL Cytogenetic findings: XO/XY mosaicism combined with variable deletions of Y chromosomeIn a fertile male of the Fawn German improved goat with marked male phenotype but with a functional active gynecomastia had been found a chromosomal mosaic of the constitution 60, XY/60, X (Y) del/59, X partially with extensive deletions of the Y chromosome. On the presumption, that up to now this single described case of a XO/XY mosaic in the goat does not allow to establish definitively etiological principles, but, after comparative appreciation of the symptomatology of the human XO/XY syndrome it is discussed the pathogenetic unity "testicular dysplasia – gynecomastia" to be a caprine type of a XO/XY mosaicism. In this chromosomal anomaly the gynecomastia, considered as minimal effect of feminization, would be manifested earlier in adolescence than the testicular dysplasia which will develop obviously only in an advanced age of the afflicted animals.
