Summary. We report three cases with rhinocerebral zygomycosis in two diabetic persons and one otherwise healthy person. The diagnosis was established by histopathological appearance and computerized tomography (CT) and/or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans. These cases were successfully treated by a combination of surgery and liposomal amphotericin B. Zusammenfassung. Es werden drei Fälle von rhinozerebraler Zygomykose vorgestellt, zwei bei Diabetikern und eine bei einem Mann ohne erkennbare Grundkrankheit. Die Diagnose wurde histopathologisch und computertomographisch gestellt. Die Patienten wurden erfolgreich kombiniert chirurgisch und mit liposomalem Amphotericin B behandelt.
