Summary. We describe a case of cutaneous purulent aspergillosis in a 19‐year‐old man with chronic granulomatous disease (CGD) treated successfully with a 6‐month regimen of itraconazole. The therapeutic effect of the drug was seen after 1 month of administration. Surgical treatment of the skin lesions, although first planned, was not necessary. Zusammenfassung. Wir beschreiben einen Fall einer kutanen eitrigen Aspergillose bei einem 19‐jährigen jungen Mann mit chronischer Granulomatose, die sehr erfolgreich durch Itraconazol‐Verabreichung für 6 Monate behandelt wurde. Nach einer 1‐monatigen Behandlung hatten sich die eitrigen Hautlesionen so zurückgebildet, daß die am Anfang geplante chirurgische Behandlung weggelassen werden konnte.
