Summary. Two patients with African histoplasmosis manifested by ulcers and cutaneous swellings are described. The inguinal lymph nodes were also involved in one patient. Treatment with amphotericin B combined with ketoconazole was successful. Zussammenfassung. Zwei Fälle Afrikanischer Histoplasmose mit Ulzera und Hautschwellungen werden beschrieben. In einem Fall waren auch die inguinalen Lymphknoten beteiligt. Die Behandlung mit Amphotericin B und nachfolgend Ketoconazol war erfolgreich.
