Summary. A case of hepatosplenic candidosis in a patient with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia undergoing chemotherapy, showing a good response to fluconazole is presented. Zusammenfassung. Es wird der Fall einer hepatolienalen Candidose bei einem Patienten mit akuter lymphoblastischer Leukämie unter antileukämischer Chemotherapie vorgestellt. Der Patient reagierte gut auf eine Fluconazol‐Behandlung.
