By using preincubation treatment of moistened keratin baited soil samples at 38d̀C, a selective technique for isolation of Chrysosporium indicum, Ch. keratinophilum and Ch. tropicum has been developed. Zusammenfassung. Mittels Vorinkubation angefeuchteter und mit Keratin angereicherter Bodenproben bei 38 °C wurde eine selektive Technik zur Isolierung von Chrysosporium indicum, Ch. keratinophilum und Ch. tropicum entwickelt.
