Summary: The authors report a case of tinea capitis in a woman aged 49, with a previous history of discoid lupus erythemato‐sus. The pathogenic agent was Microsporum canis . The patient was cured after two months therapy with griseofulvin and local antimycotics. Zusammenfassung: Es wird iiber eine Tinea capitis, bedingt durch Microsporum canis , bei einer 49jährigen Frau mit chronisch‐diskoidem Lupus erythematodes in der Anamnese berichtet. Die Patientin war nach zweimonatiger Behandlung mit Grise‐fulvin und Lokalantimykotika geheilt.
