Zusammenfassung: Es werden die Krankengeschichten dreier Cryptococcose‐Fatienten dargestellt Besonders eingegangen wird auf die mikroskopische Darsteilung und die Isolierung von Cryptococcus neoformans sowie auf den Kapselantigen‐Nachweis in Liquor und Blut Die Schnelldiagnose ist wichtig für den möglichst frühzeitigen Therapiebeginn. Summary: The epicrises of three patients suffering from cryptococcosis are presented. The microscopical demonstration and the isolation of Cryptococcus neoformans as well as the demonstration of capsular antigen in cerebrospinal fluid and blood is especially discussed. The rapid diagnosis is important in order to enable an early beginning of chemotherapy.
