Naftifm bei FuBmykosen Doppelblinder Therapievergleich mit Clotrimazol

Zusammenfassung: Im Rahmen der doppeiblinden, randomisierten, multizentrischen Studie wurde die antimykotische Wirksamkeit und Verträglichkeit von Naftifin‐Creme vergleichend gegen Clotrimazol‐Creme bei 204 ambulanten Patienten mit Tinea pedum untersucht. Am Ende der auf vier Wochen begrenzten Behandlungsdauer wurde von den beteiligten Untersuchern eine Gesamtbeurteilung des Heilungsveriaufs abgegeben Bereits nach einer Woche Therapie waren 43% der Naftifin‐Gruppe bzw. 35% der Clotri‐mazol‐Gruppe mykologisch geheilt. Dieser Anteil erhöhte sich im Verlauf der Studie auf 87% unter Naftifm bzw. 80% unter Clotrimazol. Die klinische Symptomatik der Patienten wurde unter Naftifm im Vergleich zu Clotrimazol geringfttgig giinstiger beeinflufit. Der Anteil der klinisch und mykologisch geheilten Patienten betrug unter Naftifin‐Behandlung 70%, unter Clotrimazol‐Behandlung dagegen 61%. Die am Ende der Vergleichsstudie dop‐pelblind durchgefiihrte Gesamtbeurteilung desBehandlungserfolgszeigte eine signifikante Überlegenheit von Naftifin über Clotrimazol. Summary: In a double‐blind, randomized, multicentric comparison the antimycotic efficacy and tolerance of Naftifine and Clotrimazole cream were tested in 204 ambulatory patients with Tinea pedum. At the end of therapy limited to 4 weeks the investigators gave a global judgement of the healing process. After treatment for 1 week already 43% of the Naftifine group and 35% of the Clotrimazole group were mycologkally healed. This percentage was increased in the course of the trial to 87% under Naftifine and 80% under Clotrimazole. The patients' clinical symptoms were somewhat more favourably influenced under Naftifine than under Clotrimazole. The percentage of clinically and ideologically healed patients amounted to 70% under Naftifine and to 61% under Clotrimazole treatment The global judgement of the therapeutic effect performed by the investigators in a double‐blind manner at the end of this study showed a significant superiority of Naftifine over Clotrimazole.
