Zusammenfassung: Die Emphdlichkeit von Basidiobolus haptosporus und drei anderen Zygomyzeten gegen Ketoconazol wurde in vitro bestimmt. Alle isolierten Pilze waren bis zu einem gewissen Grade gegen Ketoconazol empfindlich. Die minimale Hemmkonzentration von Basidiobolus haptosporus betrug 0,75 μg/ml, ein Wert der anzudeuten scheint, daB Ketoconazol für die Behandlung von Basidiobolus‐haptosponus‐Infektionen klinische Bedeutung besitzt. Summary: In vitro susceptibility data for Basidiobolus haptosporus and three other zygomycetes to ketoconazole were determined. All the fungal isolates were found to be sensitive in some degree to ketoconazole. The MIC of Basidiobolus haptosporus was 0.75 μg/ml, which seems to indicate the clinical usefulness of ketoconazole in Basidiobolus haptosporus infections.
