Summary Four cases of tinea nigra palmaris are discussed. The treatment of this affection with conventional antimycotics gave poor results or was a failure. The two patients who were treated with miconazole gel were rapidly cured and did not suffer a relapse. Side‐effects were not observed. Zusammenfassung Es werden vier Fälle von Tinea nigra palmaris besprochen. Die Behandlung dieser Erkrankung mit herkömmlichen Antimykotika ergab schlechte Ergebnisse oder Miß‐erfolge. Die zwei mit Miconazol‐Gel behandelten Patienten genasen schnell und zeigten keinen Rückfall. Es wurden keine Nebenwirkungen beobachtet.
