Zusammenfassung Die Konversionsfähigkeit, die Entwicklung der parasitischen Phase im Organismus und die immunologische Aktivität von 3 Stämmen von Emmonsia crescens wurden untereinander verglichen. Die Menge der gebildeten Adiasporen und die Schnelligkeit der Konversion, die für die Virulenz von Bedeutung sind, waren bei den einzelnen Stämmen verschieden. Auch in der Antigenpotenz wurden erhebliche Unterschiede vorgefunden. Alle Stämme waren fähig spezifische Antikörper und Allergie hervorzurufen. Summary The capability of conversion, the development of the parasitic phase in the organism and the immunologic activity of 3 strains of Emmonsia crescens were compared. The quantity of developed adiaspores and the rate of the conversion, which are important for the pathogenicity, are different in the single strains. The differences were found also in the antigenic potency. All examined strains were capable of stimulating specific antibodies as well as the allergy.
