Einige Inokulationsversuche mit Microsporum‐Arten

Zusammenfassung Nach einem stark positiven Inokulationsversudi mit Microsporum gypseum im Jahre 1963 wurden in den Jahren 1964—71 insgesamt 26 kutane Inokulationsversuche mit mehreren verschiedenen, von Kindern und Erwachsenen wie auch von Katzen und Erdproben genommenen Stämmen von M. canis gemacht. Nach einem positiven Ergebnis im Jahre 1964 waren alle 15 in den Jahren 1965—67 ausgeführten M. canis ‐Inokulationen negativ. Danach erschien wieder 1968 und 1970 je eine gelungene (wenn auch schwache) Impfung, die aber später wieder von 7 negativen gefolgt wurde. Zwei neue Inokulationen von M. gypseum 1966 waren zwar positiv, aber viel sdiwächer als die drei Jahre früher gemachte erste Inokulation. Vier Versuche mit M. cookei waren ergebnislos. Summary After a successful inoculation of Microsporum gypseum from an infected patient in 1963, numerous strains of M. canis from infected children or adults, kittens and soil were inoculated in the author's own skin in the years 1964—1971 (26 inoculations in all). After a successful result in 1964 all the following 15 inoculations in 1965—1967 were negative. There were again two successful results in 1968 and 1970, followed by 7 negatives in 1971. Two reinoculations of M. gypseum in 1966 were successful, but markedly weaker than the first one. All the successfully inoculated fungus lesions healed spontaneously within 2—3 months without giving rise to any satellite lesions. Four inoculations of M. cookei were unsuccessful.
