Griseofulvin‐Salbenbehandlung superficieller Trichophytien 1)

Zusammenfassung Am Beispiel einiger klassischer Fälle von Trichophytia superficialis wird erneut auf die Möglichkeit der erfolgreichen Lokalbehandlung von Dermatophytien mit griseofulvinhaltigen Salben hingewiesen. Die Hautveränderungen heilten innerhalb von 4–6 Wochen ab. Vorteile dieser Behandlung sind: – Rasche Pilzfreiheit der Herde und relativ kurze Abheilungszeit durch maximale Wirkstoffkonzentration am On der Erkrankung. – Sehr gute Verträglichkeit und vorteilhafter kosmetischer Effekt. – Günstige Anpassung an den Hauttyp und den Hautzustand des Patienten durch Variation der Salbengrundlage. – Durch Kombination mit Acid, salicyl. sowie antibakteriellen oder gegen Sproß‐pilze gerichteten Komponenten erhebliche Erweiterung des Wirkungsspektrums. – Keine Sensibilisierung bei lokaler Griseofulvin‐Anwendung im Gegensatz zu zahlreichen anderen Antimykotica. – Keine Ausweitung der superficiellen in eine tiefe Trichophytie. Die Griseofulvin‐Salbe erfüllt damit alle Anforderungen, die an ein modernes, lokal wirksames Antimykoticum gegen Dermatophytien gestellt werden. Summary With reference to some classic cases of Trichophytia superficialis the possibility of successful local treatment of dermatophyte infections with griseofulvin ointments is pointed out. The skin changes healed within 4–6 weeks. The advantages of such treatment are the following: – Rapid eradication of the fungi in the lesions and relatively rapid healing by maximum concentration of the active substance at the focus. – Very good tolerance and good cosmetic effect. – Good adaptation to the type and condition of the patient's skin by variation of the ointment vehicle. – Considerable broadening of the spectrum by combination with salicylic acid, antibacterial substances or substances effective against yeasts. – No sensitization on local griseofulvin therapy, in contrast to numerous other antimycotic substances. – No transition from superficial into deep trichophytia. Griseofulvin ointment therefore meets all requirements of a modern locally effective antimycotic against dermatophyte infections. Resumen Tomando como ejemplo unos casos clásicos de tricofitia superficial se señala nuevamente la posibilidad de un tratamiento local efectivo de las dermatofitias con pomadas que contienen Griseofulvina. Las lesiones curaron en 4–6 semanas. Las ventajas de este tratamiento son: – Rápida desaparición del hongo de las lesiones y un tiempo de curación relativamente corto por una máxima concentratión de la droga en el lugar de la afección. – Muy buena tolerancia y un beneficioso efecto cosmético. – Una mejor adaptatión al tipo y estado de la piel del paciente mediante variaciones del exipiente de la pomada. – Por combinación con ácido salicílico y con drogas efectivas contra levaduras y sustancias antimicrobianas se logra ampliar el espectro de actión. – No existe sensibilización por aplicación local de Griseofulvina a diferencia de lo que ocurre con muchas otras sustancias antimicóticas. – No se produce la transformación de una tricofitia superficial en una profunda. La pomada con Griseofulvina cumple así con todos los requisitos que se exigen a una sustancia antimicótica local moderna contra dermatofitias.
