Erprobung antimykotisch wirksamer Substanzen am Modell der experimentellen Hahnenkammepidermophytie

Zusammenfassung Beim Vergleich der Ergebnisse des Fungistasetests mit denen des Hahnenkamm‐epidermophytietests zeigt sich eine recht gute Übereinstimmung. Die Ergebnisse des Fungizidietests korrelieren dagegen mit denen der beiden erstgenannten Prüfverfahren nicht. Überraschend und von großer praktischer Bedeutung ist die erstaunlich hohe Wirksamkeit der Kombination D 47/Tensidgemisch in “episan antimykotisch”. Der Hahnenkammepidermophytietest dürfte als ein wertvoller Bestandteil der verschiedenen Prüfmethoden für den Siebtest bei der Suche nach einem Antimykotikum anzusehen sein. Summary When comparing the results of the fungistasis testings with those of the cockscomb epidermophyty a rather high degree of correspondence is revealed. The results of the fungicidity testings, however, do not correlate with the two test procedures mentioned above. The surprisingly high effectivity of the combination D 47/tenside mixture in episan antimycotic has not been expected and is of great practical importance. Cockscomb epidermophyty testings should be regarded as a valuable part of different assay methods for the sifting test when searching for an antimycotic. Résumé En comparant les résultats du test de fongistase avec ceux du test d'épidermophytie de crěte‐de‐coq il se montre un assez bon accord. Les résultats du test de fongicide cependant ne sont pas en corrélation avec ceux des deux susdites méthodes d'essai. L'efficacité extraordinairement haute de la combinaison D 47/mélange de Tensid en episan antimycotique est surprenante et de grande importance pratique. Le test d'épidermophytie de crěte‐de‐coq devrait former un élément essentiel des diverses méthodes d'essai pour le test de tamis à la rechersche d'un antimycoticum.
