The effects of the entomopathogenic fungus, Beauveria bassiana on the mature larvae of Plutella xylostella under two temperature regimes was studied. All the isolates were significantly pathogenic against P. xylostella larvae. Isolate 274 and 373 caused a higher mortality at 20 ± 5 and 24°C, respectively. These results also showed that the X 2 for goodness of fit for the regression showed considerable homogeneity in most of the isolates.
