The effect of some endophagous parasitoids on the development of the cuticle of their hosts . Parasitism of endophagous parasitoid larvae inhibits the deposition of the endo‐cuticular layers during the intermoult periods of the host larvae. The cuticular anomalies may promote a different ecological situation of the parasitized host, as compared with the unparasitized ones.
