Effects of inoculations of nine fungi to prechilled and nonchilled seeds of Picea glauca and Pinus strobus were studied in unsterilized and sterilized nursery soils, and a peat‐vermiculite‐perlite mixture. All the fungi demonstrated weak pathogenicity to seeds.
