Cell wall‐degrading enzymes produced by Rigidoporus lignosus in vitro and in vivo. Secretion of 3 polysaccharide degrading enzymes (cellulase, xylanase, endopolygalacturonase) by R. lignosus , responsible for white root rot of Hevea , was studied in culture and during pathogenesis.
