Genetical control of needle cast in Scots pine. The paper describes an experiment to study differences in susceptibility to Lophodermium needle cast of 16 provenances of Scots pine.The results showed principally that it would be possible to select provenances possessing two qualities: fast early growth and resistance to needle cast.
