Summary Two young intersexed polled goats, with ambiguous outside male genital apparatus and marked hypospadias, were studied at cytogenetical and anatomo‐histopathological level. One subject presented a female karyotype (60, XX) whilst the other had a 60, XX/60, XY chimerism, with 5% of 60, XY lymphocytes. The anatomo‐histopathologic study of the chimeric subject revealed very small testicles, epididymis ectasy and atrophic part in the testicular parenchyma. Zusammenfassung Zwei junge, intersexuelle hornlose Ziegen, mit nicht eindeutigem äußeren männlichen Geschlechtsapparat und deutlicher Hypospadie, wurden sowohl cytogenetisch als auch histopathologisch untersucht. Ein Tier präsentierte einen weiblichen Karyotyp (60, XX) während das andere Tier einen 60, XX/60, XY‐Chimärismus aufwies mit 5% an 60, XY‐Lymphocyten. Die histopathologische Untersuchung des Chimären‐Individuums ergab sehr kleine Hoden, eine Nebenhodenektasie und einen atrophischen Anteil des Hodenparenchyms.
