Zusammenfassung: Es wird über einen Fall einer congenitalen Fistel im Raphe‐Bereich des Penis mit gonorrhoischer Infektion berichtet und gezeigt, daß die sonst übliche Gabe von 2 g Spectinomycin zwar ausreichte, die Infektion der Urethra, nicht aber die der Fistel auszuheilen, obwohl keine Erregerresistenz vorlag. Erst die Gabe der doppelten Dosis brachte auch im Fistelgang Ausheilung der gonorrhoischen Infektion. Summary: One case of a congenital fistula of the raphe penis with gonorrhoea is reported. In this case spectinomycin seemed to fail in therapy, because pus was still remaining in the fistula, but not in the urethra. As the antibiotic resistogram did not prove our assumption, we tried the double dosis and succeeded in killing the bacteria.
