Summary An automated enzymatic seminal fructose determination by the Abbott ABA 100 is presented. The correlation coefficient obtained was 0,96 when the proposed method was compared with the colorimetric resorcinol method. The enzymatic technique recommended in this communication is a sensitive, rapid and simple micromethod which does not require any semen deproteinization. Automatisierte enzymatische Fruktosebestimmung im Sperma Zusammenfassung Es wird eine automatisierte enzymatische Fruktosebestimmung im Sperma mit dem Gerät Abbott ABA 100 vorgestellt. Beim Vergleich mit der kolorimetrischen Resorcin‐Methode wurde bei der vorgeschlagenen Methode ein Korrelationskoeffizient von 0,96 erreicht. Die in dieser Mitteilung empfohlene Methode ist eine empfindliche, schnelle und einfache Mikromethode, die keine Enteiweißung des Spermas erfordert.
