The purpose is to study the mucosa from its luminal surface to the lamina muscularis mucosae in the first two parts of the third compartement of camel's stomach. The material originates from six adult one‐humped camels, ageing between 2 1/2 and 10 years, for ordinary histology and histochemistry.
