The products obtained by digestion of rat liver serine‐tRNA with pancreatic RNAase are described. A mixture of very lipophilic serine‐tRNAs as well as a fraction enriched in serine‐tRNA 1 were analyzed. From a comparison of the two digests the fragments belonging to serine‐tRNA 1 as well as some fragments present in other serine‐tRNAs have been identified.
