Four fractions of tRNA Ser aggregates were separated from tRNA Ser by chromatography on Sephadex G‐100. They ae eluted from the column in positions different from those of native, denatured and amino acid charged tRNA Ser . According to their sedimentation coefficients, two of the aggregate fractions contain tRNA Ser dimers, whereas the two other fractions consist of higher aggregates.
