The kinetic study, by means of an analog computer, of the formation of glucose‐6‐phosphate has enabled us to confirm the ordered mechanism previously proposed by the authors. The values of the velocity constants, calculated by Hammes and Kochavi, do not allow an adjustment of the theoretical curves, given by the computer, with the experimental results. On the other hand, the values previously worked out by Noat, Ricard, Borel, and Got do enable such an adjustment.
