. The authors describe an automatic method of determining the percentage of erythrocyte agglutination with regard to reference sera. By use a of continuous flow system, it has been possible to adapt this method in population genetics to a considerable number of subjects. The correlation of the automatic with the classical manual method is good. Its adaptation to other techniques of quantitative immunology appears feasible.
