. A description of an automatic technique for estimating the dosage of erythrocyte antigens. In the first and manual step, the antibody is absorbed by cells containing the corresponding antigen. In the second and automatic stage, the quantity of absorbed antibody is evaluated, thus enabling deduction of the amount of antigen capable of fixing the antibody in the first part of the technique. This method can be applied to the study of weak varieties of A antigen.
