Distribution of Some of the HL‐A System Lymphocyte Antigens in Mexicans

. Lymphocytes from 372 normal Mexican adults were tested for the presence of seven HL‐A antigens, using specific cytotoxic antisera donated by the N1H. The results show a different pattern between the Mestizo and the Indian population particularly for HL‐A2, HL‐A5 and HL‐A8. Among the three Indian groups there are also differences that are in relation with their racial origin.
