In vitro Potency Results from a Collaborative Study of Rh 0 (D) Immune Globulin Reference Preparation

. A number of investigators using various modifications of automated, radio‐immune, and anti‐γ globulin methods assayed the anti‐Rh 0 (D) content of a preparation of Rh 0 (D) immune globulin. A correlation of the results from the various assays could not be established. The results of this collaborative study demonstrated that it is not possible at this time to assign a unit value (antibody concentration) to a preparation of Rh 0 (D) immune globulin.
