. The immunoglobulin class of leucocyte antibodies occurring after multiple transfusion was investigated. In 7 of the 8 sera tested, both agglutinating and cytotoxic activity was found only in IgG‐containing fractions. The 8th serum, from a patient with erythrogenesis imperfecta and haemochromatosis, showed weak agglutinating activity in IgG‐containing fractions and strong cytotoxic activity in IgM‐containing fractions.
