. A technique is described which allows quantitation of antigens in the nanogram range using a simple radioimmuno‐inhibition assay. All the reactants can be prepared in large batches in one day and are stable for months. The test is highly reproducible over periods of months and correlates closely with the thousand‐fold less sensitive Mancini technique.
