Summary. Ten Rh(D) negative volunteer blood donors were immunized by the injection of D‐positive red cells and at the same time by DTP vaccine and a Haemophilus influenzae vaccine. Antibody titres were determined against the various antigens. No correlation was found between the response to the D‐antigen and to the four antigens, thus excluding the possibility of selecting suitable plasma donors by the use of one of these ‘test antigens’.
