Summary A procedure for the preparation of specific anti‐G(CD) eluate is reported. The evaluation of eight anti‐Rh' 0 (CD) serum samples has shown that a single method of absorption and elution is not adequate but that two absorption and elution tests are necessary to prepare pure anti‐G eluates. Résumé L'auteur fait part d'un procédé pour préparer des éluats anti‐G (CD). L'examen de 8 échantillons de sérum anti‐Rh' 0 (CD) a démontré qu'une seule absorption suivie d'élution est insuffisante pour préparer des éluats anti‐G. Pour obtenir des éluats anti‐G purs, il faut procéder à une double absorption suivie d'une double élution. Zusammenfassung Ein Verfahren zur Gewinnung von spezifischen Anti‐G‐(CD‐)Eluaten wird mitgeteilt. Die Untersuchung von 8 Anti‐Rh' 0 ‐(CD‐)Serumproben zeigte, daß eine einstufige Absorptions‐Elutionsmethode nicht brauchbar ist. Hingegen gelingt es durch eine zweiphasige Absorptions‐Elutionstechnik reine Anti‐G‐Eluate herzustellen.
