Summary Investigations for the presence of precipitating antibodies against vessel extracts have been made in patients suffering from polyarteritis nodosa, allergic vasculitis, arteritis temporalis, Schonlein‐Henoch purpura, thrombocytopenic purpura and purpura e causa ignota. In none of the cases precipitating antibodies against the used vessel extracts could be demonstrated with certainty. Résumé Des anticorps précipitant des extraits de vaisseaux sanguins ont été recherchés chez des malades souffrant de: polyartérite noueuse, vasculite allergique, artérite temporale, purpura de Schönlein‐Henoch, purpura thrombocytopénique et purpura d'étiologie inconnue. Des anticorps du type recherché n'ont pu être démontrés dans aucun des cas examinés. Zusammenfassung 47 Seren von Patienten mit Polyarteritis nodosa, allergischer Vasculitis, heritis temporalis, Schonlein‐Henoch'scher Purpura, thrombozytopenischer Purpura und idiopathischer Purpura wurden auf den Gehalt von präzipitierenden Antikörpern gegen Gefäßextrakte untersucht. Bei keinem der untersuchten Seren gelang es, mit Sicherheit solche Antikörper nachzuweisen.
