Summary Many human blood group antibodies prove to be haemolytic in vitro if complement from the rabbit, pig or guinea‐pig is used instead of human complement. Résumé Plusieurs anticorps anti‐érythrocytaires humains se montrent doés de pouvoir hémolytique in vitro si, à la place de complément humain, on se sert de complément provenant du lapin, du porc ou du cobaye. Zusammenfassung Bei Verwendung von Kaninchen‐, Schweine‐ oder Meerschweinchenkomplement an Stelle von menschlichem Komplement gelingt es, bei zahlreichen menschlichen Blutgruppen‐htikörpern in vitro eine Hätmolyseaktivität nachzuweisen.
