Summary Using a three step indirect fluorescent antibody technique, normal and myeloid leukocytes from Rh positive persons were found to contain D antigen. Résumé En se servant d'une technique indirecte à anticorps fluorescent et en trois stages, les auteurs ont pu démontrer la présence de l'antigène D dans des leucocytes normaux ainsi que myeloïdes de personnes Rh positives. Zusammenfassung Mit Hilfe einer Dreiphasentechnik der fluoreszierenden «Anti‐körpermethodik» gelang es zu zeigen, daß in den Leukozyten von Gesunden und Patienten mit myeloischer Leukämie das Rhesusantigen D enthalten ist.
