Résumé Le test direct de consommation de l'antiglobuline sur leucocytes et sur plaquettes a 6th regulierement trouvk positif dans un cas de pancytopdnie chronique idiopathique. Ces tests ont également été trouvés positifs chez un certain nombre de malades leucopéniques et thrombopéniques. The direct antiglobulin consumption test was found to be regularly positive with the leucocytes and platelets of a case of chronic idio‐pathic pancytopenia. These tests were also positive in a number of patients with leuco‐penia and thrombopenia. Zusammenfassung In einem Fall von idiopathischer chronischer Pancytopenie war der direkte Antiglobulinkonsumptionstest mit den Leukozyten und Thrombozyten regelmäßig positiv. Bei weiteren Patienten mit Leukopenie und Thrombopenie wurden ebenfalls positive Antiglobulin‐konsumptionsreaktionen beobachtet.
