Phytohaemagglutinin induces interferon‐gamma synthesis in lymphocyte cultures from healthy individuals. We report two sibs with recurrent infections, selective IgA deficiency, and reduced blast transformation index under PHA‐stimulation, without interferon‐gamma response.
